JIVNEX Privacy Policy

1. Overview

JIVNEX is a fitness and nutrition platform that connects personal trainers with their clients. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app handles, how it is stored, and your rights.

2. No Account Required

JIVNEX does not require you to create an account with us. Your body profile (age, sex, height, weight, activity level), workout routines, session history, food log, and water intake are stored locally on your device only. We do not upload this data to any cloud server without your explicit action.

3. Trainer Mode (Optional)

If you enable Trainer Mode, your app generates a trainer code that clients use to connect with you. When a client joins:

  • The trainer can see: client name, subscription status, exercise completion notifications, and call/alert requests.
  • The trainer can send: workout routines and diet plans to the client.
  • Data is stored on our server (wh.anoochemicals.com) to facilitate the trainer-client connection.
  • Trainers can mute clients and reset client data.

4. Client Mode (Optional)

When you join a trainer as a client, we share:

  • Your name (as entered during onboarding)
  • Your subscription status (Active/Expired)
  • Exercise completion status
  • Diet plan assignments from your trainer

We do not share your body measurements, weight, or health data with anyone including your trainer.

5. Data Storage

  • Local data: Body profile, routines, sessions, food log — stored on device only.
  • Server data: Trainer code, client names, pushed workouts/diets, call alerts — stored temporarily on our server.
  • Deleting the app removes all local data. Server data is removed when the trainer resets the client.

6. Notifications

JIVNEX uses local device notifications to alert you when your trainer sends new content, when meal/workout/water reminders trigger, and when clients request attention. These are generated on-device and do not require internet after initial setup.

7. Exercise Data & Media

The exercise library is derived from the open "exercises-dataset" project (MIT-licensed). Exercise animation GIFs are streamed from jsDelivr CDN. Fetching a GIF makes a standard network request to that CDN only.

8. Nutrition Search

The food log includes an offline database. Searching may query OpenFoodFacts (world.openfoodfacts.org). Only your search term is transmitted; no personal data is shared.

9. Advertising

JIVNEX uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google may collect device identifiers and usage data as per Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

10. Permissions

  • Notifications (Android 13+): For trainer updates and reminders.
  • No camera, contacts, location, microphone, or health sensor access.

11. Children's Privacy

JIVNEX is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

JIVNEX provides general fitness information, not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet or exercise plan, especially if you have medical conditions.
